Compensation: ~$125, DOE (Base + Bonus)

Position Summary

  • Primary objective is to solicit new business for motor fuel supply.
  • Develop new and existing customer relationships
  • Build a potential customer pipeline to grow motor fuel sales in the branded channel.

Responsibilities

  • Cold calling and prospecting new “organic” growth leads in the branded fuel space.
  • Perform analyses of potential new business deals and acquisitions
  • Present new business proposals for management review
  • Onboard new dealer customers.
  • Identifying potential wholesale marketer acquisitions
  • Maintaining communication between prospective customers and company
  • Able to understand and analyze Profit and Loss Reports
  • Coordinates and monitors brand imaging /install work for new accounts

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 5 years’ experience in wholesale fuel distribution.
  • 5+ years of sales management with a focus on new business development. Marketing and Merchandising experience in the fuel/convenience store space very desirable.
  • Have a working knowledge of the Petroleum Marketing Practices Act and routine dealer fuel agreements.
  • Maintains knowledge of brand requirements as related to brand/site image and procedures
  • Proven track record in securing branded dealer fuel supply contracts
  • Must possess existing relationships or network with owners and operators in the retail fuel/convenience industry.
