Description: COMPENSATION: $110-120K +, DOE (base + bonus)

SUMMARY:
As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding the customer base within a specific geographic region. You will actively seek out and engage potential customers, build strong relationships with existing clients & distributors, and promote the company's products or services. Your primary objective will be to meet or exceed sales targets while providing exceptional customer service and representing the company's products in a professional manner.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
  • Review leads to evaluate suitable products, distributor availability or options to service as a direct account if distributor is not available.
  • Contact potential new clients to determine needs, business goals, and product match.
  • Create a Business Plan for potential new clients that includes product used, service plan, and distributor/delivery plan.
  • Present Business Plan to potential new clients to effectively communicate value proposition and work to close sales deals.
  • Install products at new client locations including training clients on proper use/handling, monitoring strength of solutions, and determining cost per car expense of chemicals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring customer satisfaction, addressing their needs, and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling. This includes regular site visits and client check-ins.
  • Assist clients with cost per car calculations and evaluating overall chemical cost related to market wash price.
  • Ride with distributor reps when delivering products to foster end-user relationships and ensure proper product representation.
  • Identify and prospect potential customers including cold calling, requesting referrals, and online research.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to brainstorm sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and pricing strategies for the region.
  • Collaborate with Distributor and maintain good relationships with key contacts.
  • Support Distributors in servicing clients including answering questions, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring product availability.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and provide insights to leadership.
  • Prepare sales reports, and other documentation as required, providing accurate and timely information to management.
  • Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to enhance company's products' visibility and generate leads.
  • Continuously update product knowledge and stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and relevant market developments.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED:
