Description: | Location: Southwest Compensation: ~$165K (base + bonus) Flexible; DOE Position Summary: Client needs a strategic and results-oriented Layout and Merchandising professional to support their growth initiatives. The successful candidate will own the responsibility for establishing and implementing the format strategy for convenience retail to ensure that each store format is maximized in terms of range and layout in support of the business sales and profitability target achievement. The person in this role will work closely with the innovation group, the convenience retail team, and the design and construction team (including external partners) to support the deployment of new stores, converting existing stores and transitioning acquired stores.
