Position Summary:

We are seeking a visionary and results-driven Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead and scale our marketing efforts as we continue our rapid growth and expansion across the country. As a nationally recognized brand in the convenience store industry, we’re committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences, and we’re looking for a CMO who can amplify our voice, elevate our brand, and drive customer engagement across all channels.

The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record in brand development, digital marketing, customer insights, and team leadership. This role is perfect for a dynamic marketing leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and has a deep understanding of consumer behavior in the retail or convenience store space.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with company goals, drives customer acquisition and retention, and supports nationwide expansion.

  • Brand Management: Oversee the evolution of the company’s brand identity, ensuring consistency and resonance across all customer touchpoints, from in-store experience to digital platforms.

  • Customer Experience & Loyalty: Lead initiatives to enhance the customer journey and loyalty programs, using data and insights to tailor experiences that build lifetime value.

  • Digital & Performance Marketing: Drive digital transformation by leading performance marketing, eCommerce, SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and mobile engagement strategies.

  • Market Research & Insights: Champion the use of data analytics and consumer insights to inform decisions and improve marketing ROI.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with operations, merchandising, IT, and executive leadership to align marketing strategies with business goals.
