As a part of the senior management team, the Director of IT requires in depth experience within the field of information technology, knowledge of state-of-the-art technology hardware and software resources, and experience in creating and presenting and executing a strategic technology roadmap. The Director of IT must be self-motivated with strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well have an entrepreneurial approach to defining and building a world-class technology department.
