Title: Commercial Fuel & Lubricant Sales Executive

Compensation: ~$170K+ (base + bonus/commission)

Position Summary


New business development and account management functions to maximize the sale of fuels and/or lubricants to commercial channels (ag, government, industrial, fleet, drilling, etc.)

Position Information

The primary functions of this position include:

  • Demonstrate the effective of use of data and CRM tools to successfully prospect
  • accurate sales funnel development within an operating region
  • Developing and presenting fuel and/or lubricant supply proposals
  • Work with the sales team to successfully close a targeted number of accounts
  • Professional management of existing accounts with the goal of increasing their sales via greater product assortment and higher volumes
  • Provide management with competitive information


Qualifications
  • 3+ years experience in the sale of commercial fuel and/or lubricants
  • Track record of new business development and effective account management
  • Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor and train a sales personnel as needed to help accommodate company growth
  • Motivated and highly organized
  • Demonstrate commercial and industrial lubricant product knowledge a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to manage sales, volume, margin and expense budgets
  • Solid presentation with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Degreed applicants will be given preference, assuming industry experience is also present
  • Strong CRM and data analysis skills
